"ボランティア推進が全国で叫ばれる中、宮崎公立大学ではキャリア教育の一環として「ボランティア論」をカリキュラムに導入した。これは、各学生が地域のNPO団体のボランティア活動に参加する学外の実習活動を伴うものとなっている。本研究では個々の学生の学外のボランティア活動を評価できるシステムの構築を目指し、またそのことが地域の評価となって、地域の活性化に結び付けないか検討している。今回は、宮崎県内のNPO法人へのヒアリング、アンケート調査と本学学生のボランティアに関する実態調査により、両者の接続には互いの持つ情報や人の交流が必要であることを再認識し、それらの課題を克服することがサービスラーニングモデル構築のために必要であることが分かった。試作中のCOCOMOのシステムを用いた実際の講義においての活用では、そのコンテンツにあたる情報不足が大きな課題となった。",
